Embracing the stunning architecture of Toronto’s Koerner Hall was the first step in the design process of Dark Star Requiem. Commissioned by LuminaTO and Tapestry New Opera Works, this contemporary operatic oratorio about the history and modern issue of AIDS had a libretto was formed entirely out of english poems.
